Great people! There was a misunderstanding somewhere along the line- and it literally took 2 minutes to resolve the issue. Also- problem was fixed first time out. No second call required. I thought they were local, turns out they're not. With this customer service and how great the technician was, I will happily pay the additional fee next time our furnace or air conditioner needs servicing- and we will be using them for our commercial locations moving forward. Thank you very much for keeping my family cool this summer!
Efficient and friendly service! Pacific Heating and Cooling responded super fast to our central AC failure (right in the middle of a Calgary heat wave, of course). Kudos to Nathan for finding the problem and completing repairs at a reasonable cost. What a relief! We will always use Pacific Heating and Cooling for future furnace and HVAC servicing.

I highly recommend them. I recently needed a plumber to fix a leak in my bathroom to the kitchen after talking to them on the phone they sent an expert plumber the same day. Plumber had the issue identified and resolved. He even double-checked a few times to make sure all the gaps in my tub had been sealed well. I was so happy and satisfied with their service that I even had my hot water tank changed and certified through them as it was due. Highly recommend they are friendly and professional.
