Great company to work with! – We recently purchased a complete air conditioner and furnace through Pacific Heat and Air after finding them online. They were really quick to respond. Being local to Rosemont it was within a half hour that Ken Mirbagheri a co-owner was there and helped us through the steps in choosing/purchasing. customer service with a smile – ken performed our estimate and was by far the most thorough, friendly and polite person I'd dealt with in the heating-a/c community. he took the time to look at our existing unit and duct work, and explained our options. on the day of installation, the crew arrived promptly and were all very polite and hardworking. I would without a doubt. recommend this company.
