Jane and Deborah are consummate professionals and are especially sensitive to the restrictions and needs of elderly patients, especially those with dementia. Hearing plays such a critical role in helping people stay connected! In the words of my mom (who has Alzheimer's) after a visit from Jane and Deborah to clean and check her hearing aids, "Ah my world is back again!"
Dr. Zhong was amazing-efficient, clear instructions for checking my hearing, easy to talk to and answered all my questions.
