Very unhappy with Pacific hearing I called them to schedule appointment for employment purposes with the state of California, They instructed me to email them the paperwork that I had for employment so I did, but when I arrived for my appointment and after reiterated that I was there for employment they performed my hearing test, but when the test was over I asked for the paperwork that I had submitted to them over email prior to the appointment they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. The entire staff is amazing!! I had a wonderful experience (wax cleaning) + (pressure test - thank you so much!) It was my first time at this clinic so I was a bit nervous but the wax cleaning was amazing and very thorough, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is also calming & clean. I highly recommend!! :)
