This group is nothing short of a miracle. I cannot express how much this program has helped me. My enhanced case manager is very responsive. Let me explain that I am very recently homeless and destitute. PHG has fed me they have brought me clothing and basic toiletries. It saddens me that the only health plan they accept is community health group. Currently had to switch to Molina to be able to get back and forth to IOP.
