My son in law did a kitchen remodel last year. When he went to buy additional hardwood to match the rest of the house for a remodel they learned that Elegance flooring went out of business during COVID and they couldn't buy it anymore. He spoke with Spring and she gave him a tour of their business and told him they could match it really close. Needless to say, it matched 99% pefect. You could never tell.
Had a great experience with the lead time promised to me I was able to exceed the project deadline I gave my customer. Definitely will run another project with Pacific Hardwood.
