Unlike my previous dental experiences, Pacific Harbor does a great job at telling me what's actually going on with my teeth and responds to all of my questions--even the dumb ones. Julie is my hygienist and thoroughly checks over my teeth and gums due to my family's oral history, and slowly with each appointment my gums are getting further away from getting issues! I also had my wisdom teeth removed with no issues with Dr Youn Sagong! Post op instructions were clear and follow ups were easy to book.
I’ve always been a little nervous about dental visits, but my experience at this dental office has completely changed that — thanks to their amazing dental hygienist Julie! She was incredibly kind, gentle, and made me feel at ease the entire time. You can tell she’s very knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and was so thorough yet gentle during the cleaning. It was honestly the most comfortable dental appointment I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
Pacific Harbor Dental Group is good but the real goat for me is their hygienist Julie - literally, hands-down the best! Every time I come in, she’s thorough yet gentle, making sure my cleaning is effective but never uncomfortable. Love this office! Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, & helpful! They have helped me a lot with my care & continue to help me feel confident with my smile. Highly recommend the team here.
I had a positive first appointment with the dental hygienist and the dentist. My only complaint is that the cleaning process was started by the dentist, and I waited 20+ minutes for the hygienist to return to the room to complete cleaning my teeth.
