I don’t enjoy going to the dentist’s office but because of this office, I don’t suffer from anxiety for the first time in decades of dental treatment. My hygienist, Julie, whom I see the most for visits, is always kind and courteous and gentle on my gums. I’m so thankful to be in her care!
I’ve been going to Julie for my teeth cleanings for a few years now, she is always kind and honest about my teeth. Her cleaning doesn’t leave me in pain and I have a better understanding about how I can better care for my teeth and gums. She has good advice and I always leave pleased. We are on the journey to get my gums healthier and I feel confident she is helping
Dishonest and misleading billing practices. Beware. Update: After leaving my original review, MetLife informed me that the dental office said they would add extra charges if I requested a refund for being overbilled on my preventative cleaning. This was the first time I had deep cleaning done on my teeth.. I have to tell you I feel fantastic my teeth feel clean. They look great. I was very very pleased with the procedure and there was no pain involved.. Thank you very much Pacific dental
