Thanks to his hard work, my property was successfully repaired and rented out. While we did have a few communication challenges along the way, his expertise ultimately led to a good outcome. Absolutely unacceptable experience. Pacific Grove Rentals canceled my confirmed reservation twice, both times claiming a “pricing error.” Not once, but twice. At that point, it stops feeling like a mistake and starts feeling like a complete disregard for customers and their travel plans. I had already invested time planning my trip and relied on the reservation being honored. Instead, I was left scrambling to find alternative accommodations while rates elsewhere had increased.
