Dr. Neunzig is the best eye doctor I have worked with since I started wearing glasses as a kid. He is extremely knowledgable and saved me a lot of trouble by finding a several holes in my retina. I don’t live in Pacific Grove, but I make a point to come see him!

Gives appointments and then the Asian lady at the front desk claims there is no appointment. She then says but I can take you in, as if a favor. This happened twice. I took my business elsewhere. Their equipment seemed dirty, dusty and old. Avoidable.

I have been going here for years. Absolutely love the staff and Dr. Neunzig is first class, finding a spot on my eye that even the specialists can't explain. He's called me to explain things and been very responsive. Couldn't ask for more.

Upon my wife's first visit to the Pacific Grove Optometric Center they detected a partially detached retina in one of her eyes. As a result, she underwent surgery for a problem that would have deteriorated if undetected. For me, this center has an excellent range of glass and sunglass frames, and provides relaxed, efficient and courteous service. I am entirely happy with all of the prescription glasses I have obtained from this center, and with the after-sales service.

I planned on leaving the country in October, and I had an appointment to get new glasses in mid September. They said the glasses would be ready before I left the country and they were not, so I wore my old ones. I was told I would get a call saying when they were ready and I have not. It is now December and after 2 months without a call I try calling them and they say that they still aren't ready. I've never had this problem before but it is quite a nuisance - especially since they won't give me an explanation.
