Customer Service Pacific Grove staff is one of a kind! So friendly and willing to help out with absolutely anything. My husband and I were relocating from out of state and they made it the easiest transition for us. These apartments are beautiful and the staff are just the same. Natalie and Kris go above and beyond.

Lived here for two years I lived here for two years. It was my first apartment. I NEVER had issues with management. The only time they ever bothered me was when I was late on rent which was understandable. Other than that every work order I put in was always addressed efficiently. My neighbors never bothered me. New to the area Granted I have just moved in..... but I have nothing but good things to say about this complex so far! The staff is great! I just called yesterday about a couple of things that needed to be fixed; they had one done the same day (yesterday) and today they are fixing the others. #stressfree ??

Pacific Grove Apartments I enjoyed my stay here. Mostly quite and grounds were very well kept. The only complaints are that the buildings are old and its hard to get things fixed.

Affordable apartments and a friendly staff! I've lived in Pacific Grove Apartments for about three years now, and can say it was one of the better experiences I've had in apartment living. This is the third complex I've lived in here in the Fresno area, and easily the most affordable. One big plus is that all of the apartments are ground-floor. good location these apartments are in a prime location for a student and pet owner. close to Fresno state without the noise from parties and other distractions. dog park literally 2 minutes walking distance. they keep their apartments clean, no bugs or anything like that, they spray regularly. if something breaks they will fix it. rent is a little steep and they are aggressive in the deposit, otherwise I'll give them 5 stars.

Great apartments for the price The management is very nice, sometimes it take a bit of time for a service order to go through, the rent is cheap and the place is quiet and convenient for getting on the 168 and getting around Clovis. Be aware of parking on the main streets, because cars get broken in to regularly. The carpets and cabinets are a bit dated, but it;s a great price so we don't mind.

Good apartment complex Good complex to live in. Single level apartment. A little bit outdated on the interior, but spacious living areas. Affordable compared to other apartments in Clovis. Large area and great management. Close to clovis schools and not far from Fresno State University.

Great apartments Lived here for about 4 months. Excellent location, great value, office staff was excellent and always helpful, maintenance service was quick and friendly, apartment had a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, ceiling fans, mini blinds, double kitchen sinks, and a nice small enclosed patio. The windows are double insulated, so not a lot of noise. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great affordable apartment. Great location, close to everything.
