I came in to Pacific German for an oil change. First thing they did was give me a $1200 estimate for work that I did not request. Moved forward with just the oil change, dropped the car off with an appointment at 9:00 am. They didn’t finish the oil change until 3:30 pm! All day for an oil change. At 3:30 pm they also included an estimate for over $8000 of work. I was shocked, as I had just dropped my car off for an oil change! I’ve been bringing my Porsche 718 GT4 to Pacific German for the last few years for performance upgrades and service, and the experience has always been excellent.
