Called to understand rates and cost per kilowatt or any information as a new customer, just kept getting the same answer, (go online to the website to view tiers) what are tiers, what does that mean? Other states don't have multiple-tiered packages? No help over the phone. They’re the worst. You can’t get through to them for any questions and all you have is an automated machine that cannot answer any questions that need to be answered by a REAL person. Quite frustrating when you’re paying loads of money to a company that cannot answer any questions or calls. Such a ridiculous thing. No wonder everyone hates this company.
