They’re the worst. You can’t get through to them for any questions and all you have is an automated machine that cannot answer any questions that need to be answered by a REAL person. Quite frustrating when you’re paying loads of money to a company that cannot answer any questions or calls. Such a ridiculous thing. No wonder everyone hates this company.

Planned outages need to occur between planned times. Otherwise, they are unplanned. You have not been able to stick to a planned outage to date. Do better.
