The branch at 308 Stockton Avenue in San Jose. is completely closed, not just "closed on a given day." I do not know how to tell GoogleMaps to tell it only a single branch of a chain is closed, but that is what needs to be said. My dad has a complicated case & wanted to confirm some things with a manager. He's 80 and disabled and not entirely the best at techno anymore. We applied for the connection service from temp power pole to the house. Can't believe it takes them 8-10months to do a simple job!!!! wasted of taxpayer's money and they are definitely monopoly!!
