Everyone’s electric is doubling. How is this legal?? Everyone at the exact same time didn’t suddenly start using more gas and electricity. Either make it make sense or yall will be paying us all back the thousands you’re taking to line your own pockets.

PG and E constantly runs 80,000 pound trucks in and out of their facility on Delmar Drive across from the dog park. The sign at the front of the yard says no dumping .they are dumping huge loads of dirt in their yard constantly and then they load up and take it somewhere else, this traffic is continual in front of our house on Pine Valley. What does no dumping mean? in the winter there is mud on their tires and our street is constantly dirty and full of rocks.
