This place is a horrible place to live. They are the biggest scam artists all they want is your money you will not be taken care of considered or heard everything from living in filth to having your car broken into to having a large group of loud kids who vandalize every inch of the complex from the pool to laundry room being thrashed not only by them but just in general to those kids throwing rocks and balls at your windows daily even with sending emails the office/ managers do not care, they do not do anything or fix anyth... read more
I just witnessed the office manager entrap a resident who was stuck at the broken entrance gate and yell at her for trying to figure out how to get in and out the way he stopped the poor lady in the gateway and her car was smashed but what was weird was he let the whole line of cars behind her go in so it was almost like he was attacking or singeling her out I've never seen anything so disgusting or violent or aggressive before I was inquiring to live here and was here to check it out and I'm glad God showed me what a horror... read more
We really enjoy this apt community and have met some nice people. The apartments are clean and have a great beach/summer vibe, very spacious for a 1 br. We had first small maintenance issue and Chris was a total pro and fixed easily.
The worst place ever !!!
