I have never had a bad experience in my two years of living at Pacific Gardens. Staff and maintenance are always prompt and helpful. If I weren’t relocating I would have signed another lease. However, Susie was helpful with my move out process. I did love the resident events the staff host every so often. I’m gonna miss them! Thanks Pacific Gardens.
Susie is always so attentive, focused and caring anytime we need something resolved. She is responsive and understanding. We’ve loved our stay at PG for the last 3 years, the clubhouse is especially great compared to other complexes — he party room which we have utilized on many occasions to host family celebrations such as a graduation and an indoor picnic has served us well.
It was clean and well maintained, laundry rooms are clean and the management is phenomenal. They also have a ton of community events that are great for the whole family. Definitely recommend living here.
One of the best places i have lived. Susie and Tyler have been very accommodating and thorough about my needs while i stayed there. Sad to be leaving it but id stay if i could. Place was clean and well taken care of.10/10 recommend
The property is clean and well maintained, and the leasing office is helpful, friendly, and responsive! Maintenance is prompt and very reliable!
