Overpriced and underwhelming. I had to move to the area on short notice and when they found out about my move-in schedule, they conveniently charged me a higher rate per month. On top of the $1,200/month for a single bedroom (which is higher end for Omaha), they do not provide you with basic amenities such as a microwave in the unit. Building constantly smells of weed. Leasing office says opens at 8 am been waiting for 2 hours and still no one in the leasing office I would highly recommend not waisting your time here obviously they don’t care enough to open leasing office on time
Such a great experience here, from the great management and the responsive maintenance, to the friendly neighbors! These are one of the best apartments I have been a resident of!
The staff are very friendly and helpful! Great location & well-maintained facilities.
