Fantastic company with great, durable equipment. Customer support is helpful and friendly. They made the whole process easy.
Absolutely TERRIBLE go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. Pathetic on every front there isn't one thing you say "wow they made it easy for us" seems like they sit in a office and say "how do we do the thing that makes the least sense and hurts everyone around us"
Horrible company. They give zero after purchase support. I have been trying to order a part for four weeks. Everyone blames the lack of communication on someone else. No one ever answers the 800 phone number. Just a very poorly run company.
Machines only last months before needing service when ordering parts or finding someone to service these machines it's next to impossible to find or get any help from there team.......kind of treating you as a burden that your needing help to fix their stuff
