Needed specific work truck ASAP. They had one in stock and agreed to hold it until I could get there. It was perfect. They had information on prior owners, title, accidents (0), recalls (1 which was repaired), maintenance schedule, etc. They completed a detailed maintenance inspection and had the one minor a/c in repair when we got there. I first contacted Pacific fleet sales several years ago when I started my own Plumbing company. My former company had bought several vehicles from them and referred me. Although I did not buy a vehicle back then, I recently totaled the truck that I was using for work. I called Jeanne and she pointed me to the right vehicles to look at for what I needed. I recently purchased a van from Pacific Fleet Services. They were very easy to work with. As a matter of fact, we had a few issues come up on my end and they were so kind to work through them and help out. It stalled the transaction for about 2 weeks and they held the vehicle for us without any issues. They always treated me as if I was the only thing they were doing, at least that was the feeling I got from them. Their communication was always timely and helpful.
