RecommendedIt the best place in Douglas county to workout. Your not just another customer here the owner Bradi and Leo truly care about everyone that comes in there. If you are struggling they will help you. I am not skinny and I don’t feel out of place here. I am comfortable here.

RecommendedGood people, lots of equipment in top working order. Brandy and Leo are always helpful and very knowledgeable. The members are very friendly. Lots of activities and the people range from teens to seniors. Fitness levels range from body builders to people who need to shed a few pounds like myself. I am in better shape than I ever thought possible.
