This review is for Pacific Fire & Security, who is now part of Pye-Barker Fire & Safety. Short version: Spare yourself and just don't use them. Long version: 1.) Minimum of $450-$500 just to show up, even if they're only doing 20-30 mins of inspection work. With that price tag, you'd expect high levels of professionalism, right? 2.) Be extremely cautious. After years of having this company handle our complex’s annual fire testing with no issue, we hit a major roadblock with a recent freeze and fire sprinkler leak issues. Pacific Fire sub contacted with a 3rd party company Columbia Fire who doesn’t seem to have good reviews/reputation online and tried to milk the clock to keep having additional contracts for return visits and piece out each related work as separate work contact.
