Horribly unprofessional, refused to look at my medical imiages and reports for neurological surgery, accused me of being a drug addict. Refused to give me a pre authorization referral to a neurosurgeon of my choice. Made me wait over 1 1/2 hrs to be seen 5he 1st time. 2nd appointment was virtual and I was refused to be seen by a dr a never made my appointment with. 3rd appointment was scheduled virtually at 220pm, I woke up to over 5 missed calls from DR. I recently came to Pacific Family Medicine and have been seeing PA Seilly Cabrales after being unsatisfied with my previous primary care office. I am so happy with all my experiences here! They were able to book me to see Seilly within 2 days as a brand new patient. Seilly is extremely thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable especially during a stressful time when I'm dealing with a challenging GI condition.
