States the Mesa office is open until 3:30 today, a Friday, and yet no one is picking up the phone....I have been calling for hours and after choosing a prompt the phone then loops back to the original recording. Very frustrating. As well, on the website it states open only Mon-Thurs., so perhaps they need to update this as it would prove very helpful to people who are new to the area or to the facility and need to be seen. Please. Thank you.
Horrible. IDK what else to say. I don't have the time to write about my experience there. I've made several phone calls to figure out what's going on after some test results. Test that were being run because i may or may not have cancer.... Who says that to someone and never calls back after I have called wanting to know what is going on and still nothing. Not even does the PA not know, no one has returned my call...
These people rip you off. The front desk help couldn't me figure out my insurance card that was through access and had sent my bill in to a collection agency!!!! The nurse practitioner broke the rules with me when i was in there and should not be able to continue with her practice as a NP! Not only did she have me come back numerous times falsely charges me and when i received my new medical card in the mail yesterday they called me and said "You still owe money" the front desk help woman was very rude as well. I excused the eay I was treated by the front office lady the day I was so ill 3 weeks ago.. She spoke only spanish to people in the office should have gotten a clue the.. Well my appointment today I was early as I'm sitting there again spanish conversation lots of laughing. Sge then says across the waiting room yells to me that I have a balance. Never gives me a chance to ask if my insurance has paid just shaking her head telling me I must pay. Now mind you you this is while I'm sitting in the waiting room.. Very very unprof... read more
