I recently had my regular cleaning. I arrived early to my appointment and was checked in right away. No issues with that. I was called back, only to discover that my normal hygienist, Belle was on vacation, which I would have loved to have known ahead of time and that I would be having my cleaning done by Dr Woo.(sp?) he He was nice, and introduced himself, but I didn’t realize until after he looked at my teeth that he would be the one to do the actual cleaning. I wanted to share some feedback regarding my visit to Pacific Dental Care & Denture Laboratory, Inc. this morning. I had a 9:00 AM appointment and arrived on time, even after traveling over an hour from Ewa Beach and getting through heavy traffic due to an accident. Unfortunately, I wasn’t checked in right away, and I was later informed that the clinic was short-staffed and my appointment would be moved to 10:00 AM. Outstanding work by Dr. Watanabe and his assistant. Restored a large filling effectively and efficiently, with zero post-procedure pain. They were also very friendly, engaging folks!
I just had my first appointment at this dental clinic and I was very happy. They have a waiting room for children in the back and everyone was very nice.
