I really don't know where to start; this was the BEST experience I've had going to the eye doctor. I'm not sure if things have just changed in the industry since I last went but yeah. I had to come in three times for eye exam, and contacts, and final check up. Each time was a very pleasant experience. Ailene is the first person you'll see. She always had my files ready and there was virtually no wait. She always texted/called me to remind me about appointments, and has a lot of supplemental info.
