Took my mother for a routine eye appointment and glaucoma check. Her appointment was at 1:30pm. At 3:30pm she still hadn't seen a doctor and had spent over an hour sitting and waiting in 2 different areas The staff are all super friendly and warm, yet the patients were all very frustrated and irritated with the extreme length of waiting. Doctor was great, direct and informative..the wait was prohibitive however.
I was looking for a new optometrist and found this place. It was very easy to get an appointment and the staff is great! Friendly helpful staff!!
I ended up with a cut on my cornea while on vacation in Kauai. They got me in within a couple of hours. The Dr was awesome and prescribed me antibiotics and a plan to get my eye healed. Would recommend!
I am a visitor and got a sliver of fiber embedded in my eye. Eye wash did not help. The office manager was very agreeable to fit me in that afternoon . Another ophthalmology practice said to go to the emergency room (which would have taken hours and cost $$$$ and been a bad use of the ER.) Dr. Craig Wilkerson of Pacific Eye Care was kind, thorough and knowledgeable. The fiber was difficult to find but he quickly removed it.
