Had an issue renewing my contact lenses..My original Dr was booked 6 mths out and I only had a weeks worth of lenses left.. called 3 offices for appointments but couldn’t get in. My daughter recommended hers , I called, explained my urgency, and they were more than receptive.. Fit me in that afternoon ( squeezed between two others, but very grateful)..They were very professional, empathetic, and more then helpful.. I would definitely recommend that whole staff, from the Office personnel to Kyle Criswell, the Dr.
Been going to Pacific Eyecare for over 2 years now. They are fast, efficient, and do a great job helping me get the most out what my insurance offers. The staff are always cheerful and delightful whenever anyone enters their door!
I called then asking if they took other companies prescriptions as I found out after my exam that my current eye doctor did not accept my insurance for purchasing glasses. They said yes and that we could come in ASAP! We got there with 20 minutes to spare and the two women there were SO kind and patient while they helped me find the best fit for me and placed and order for my glasses! They closed at 5 and they reassured us that time was not an issue and that the wanted to take care of me and get the order placed! They stayed... read more
Communication is awful. Phones are never answered, responses are by text but hit and miss. They offered appointment times and asked for a text with our choice of appointment and they would confirm. We chose the time two days prior. No confirmation text was ever received. Absolutely unacceptable if you want to take care of your clients and your practice. I do not recommend this practice!
Nick and Brenda were great! They went out of their way on a weekend to help get me scheduled. The optometrist was super friendly and extremely professional! Job well done! Thank you - John
