Excellent eye care from a friendly staff! I was able to schedule an appointment and be seen in a timely fashion. The receptionists, the assistant, and the eye doctor were friendly and informative when we had questions. We didn’t feel rushed through them exams. When my daughter had questions, the doctor provided great explanations and went above and beyond expectations. Thank you for providing great eye care!

Have been going here for years and they used to be great. Ever since the old optometrist left I have not had a good experience. Over the past year I have repeatedly received a bill for service for one visit I had that I paid for but the bill kept getting sent to me. Then they refused to do all of the testing I needed done in one visit despite me telling them I needed certain tests for my doctor. I liked the optometrist, but the front desk is so clueless. They were generally surprised that I asked them to order contacts for me, I’ve never had an optometrist office be surprised by that. I also had such a difficult time getting someone to call back, it’s like they never check their messages or just delete them. Another crazy thing is that up until I brought it up, they had no clue that the times for the office were listed incorrectly everywhere! Optometrists have been great. The front desk is frankly a total mess. I called in to order contacts. They said no problem . When we picked up, they had ordered me two 90 packs of the absolute wrong prescription. How is that possible? What will they do about it? Guess we'll see if they decide to call me back this time.

All of the employees are very welcoming and polite! I am a new patient to this eye care center, and what I appreciated the most about this facility compared to others that I have gone to was that the optometrist was very personable and made me feel comfortable during the eye exam when I am typically very uncomfortable during them.
