I called then asking if they took other companies prescriptions as I found out after my exam that my current eye doctor did not accept my insurance for purchasing glasses. They said yes and that we could come in ASAP! We got there with 20 minutes to spare and the two women there were SO kind and patient while they helped me find the best fit for me and placed and order for my glasses! Communication is awful. Phones are never answered, responses are by text but hit and miss. They offered appointment times and asked for a text with our choice of appointment and they would confirm. We chose the time two days prior. No confirmation text was ever received. Absolutely unacceptable if you want to take care of your clients and your practice. I do not recommend this practice!

Really wonderful staff here. Always goes above and beyond for me and makes sure om 100% happy with my glasses. My script has always been spot in too!
The front admin is disorganized, they messed up our insurance, and just overall seem less concerned about actual preventive care and more about extra test. Which we were told was covered by insurance when they weren’t. My wife’s family has a history of Glaucoma, they said extra test. That’s fine. I went later that day and because of our “family” history I too showed signs and should get extra tests. You can see a problem with this.
