Depending on the size of the roof each project usually takes between 3 and 4 hours and leaves your roof algae, lichen, mold and mildew free. We use zinc based chemical treatments and low pressure to eliminate any intrusion without harming your landscaping and plants.We also do gutter, window, siding, patio, deck and full exterior cleaning.

Shane came out and gave us a bid which was reasonable. He showed up on time for the project along with a partner, and performed the roof cleaning to my total satisfaction. There is not a sign of any moss on our composition roof shingles, and the roof looks like new. And most importantly, he totally cleaned up afterwards, including cleaning any debris from the windows and any ground area. Well done Shane!
Shane came out and power wash the moss off our 10 year roof and did a wonderful job in a timely manner. I would gladly recommend Pacific Exterior Cleaning to my friends and neighbors. Thanks Shane for the great job.
These guys were on time, reasonably priced and didn't leave a mess all over my driveway!
