Fantastic staff and facility! This is not the funnest place to come but I will say the staff was AMAZING! From the time I came in until the minute I left the entire team was very attentive, professional and empathetic! They were very efficient in the process or preparing for my procedure and very clear, took all my questions without hesitation! I would definitely recommend this surgery center and not be concerned if I was coming here!

GREAT TREATMENT and EXPERIENCE - 5 Stars POOR COMMUNICATION - I was overcharged on my deductible and have been trying to contact them for a refund (not a big deal - I understand how this works). But the phone rings endlessly for 20 minutes (literally) and then says there is a forwarding error. Called the Dr office who did the procedure who proceeds to tell me that they are sometimes closed on Fridays even if it's not a holiday....the first time I called the site said closed at 5 - it was 4:45. Now site says 4:30 - i started ... read more
