Awesome Service! My brand new 750 was rear ended pretty hard on the freeway, and since I purchased it from Eddie at South Bay BMW, I decided to go there and get an estimate. South Bay BMW uses Prestige Too Auto Body, and they had a representative onsite to help me out. Lariza wrote an estimate for me, scheduled my vehicle in for repairs, and got me into a rental. They did a great job of saving me money on a repair! Prestige Too is a recommended repair center for my insurance company, and when my side mirror was knocked off my car, I took it to them to get it fixed. When they found that the repair would be under the deductible and it would be out of my pocket, they bent over backwards getting me the best deal possible--they found a used mirror that was the right color (saving me paint costs!), and it was in better shape than both of the ones I had on my car originally. Outrageous Estimate South Bay BMW recommended Prestige Too for a front bumper scuff (No body damage). I told the estimator that the work would be out-of-pocket. He quoted me nearly $1,000 to remove, paint and re-install. The paint portion of the estimate was reasonable, but they booked 10.3 hours for the remove and re-install. Examples of the itemization include 0.3 hours (18 mins) to R&I each side reflector, 0.3 hours for the upper seal, 0.2 hours (12 mins) for each washer cover, and 0.2 hours for the tow eye cap. Dishonest Prestige Too Auto Body are rip off artists! My BMW M Coupe was hit - while parked - by a man and wife insured by AllState (Prestige is an approved AllState repair facility). Prestige wrote an estimate for $3,630.87 - I was told the hood could not be fixed.
