This shop is incredibly shady, I would avoid it at all costs even if it’s in your insurer’s network. TLDR: They repaired my rear bumper and returned my Miata to me with the power steering rack broken. Mazda quoted me $5k to fix it, and Crash Champions claimed ignorance. Originally they said the rear bumper repair would take 10 business days.
