Luis was so great! Worked with my schedule and got my car finished ahead of time. Everything looked amazing, would go back any time!
I had a modest accident on the evening July 23rd. I called Mercury Insurance in the morning and they recommended I take my car to these guys for an estimate. I brought the car in the same day (July 24th). After 5 days I called to check on things because I am very unfamiliar with the process. I was told that they were a little bit behind schedule but they would get to me soon. It's been 19 days and I have not heard from them so obviously I need to go to another shop.
