Frustrating and costly. My representative showed zero initiative and practically the only way I got a response was to drive over there and stand in front of him. My rim was to take 3 days to be delivered it took 10. I had to force him to call the company to see if they have shipped it and get a tracking number. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Worst experience at an auto shop in my life. And to preface, they will say “we will let management know” and it’s a lie. Dropped off truck for a simple bumper and grill replacement. After a week I followed up to see if they received the correct parts and they said yes ETA early next week. Received no callback. Called again and they said they’re give me a new eta when they call me back. Still no callback back. After TWO WEEKS of this they say the part was wrong. Had booked to take my car here and spoke with their employees multiple times and they knew what car was coming, but come the day I take time out of my day to take my car here “they don’t work in these kind of cars” it’s a Volvo I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone
