Amazing from start to finish! Sara was fantastic and was there every step of the way for our new ductless heat pump. She was always on time and really cared about what we wanted. The installers were professional and did a wonderful job! Couldn’t be happier and I will recommend Pacific Ductless to anyone looking for this kind of heating system. Very impressed!

I didn’t know what the steps were or how to even start the whole process of getting a ductless heat pump. But Sara was with us every step of the way and made it a very easy process. I was really taken care of during this whole process. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed immediately and I always felt important.
