The so called office manager Adriana is very unprofessional. The accounting department misleads regarding payments. Staff overall nice. However again the manager Adriana is rude, unprofessional and accounting lies regarding payments issues.
I enjoy doing the occasional loan doc signing for Pac doc, they are communicative, organized, friendly and their software platform is great, really easy to use. I generally choose not to work for notary services, but Pac doc is an exception!
I have had the opportunity to do a number of signings with a variety of signing platforms. PacDocSign is responsive (both the staff and the platform itself) and easy to work with. Their platform is easy to navigate and to perform tasks. Accepting assignments, confirming appointments, and completing assignments are straight forward and easy.
