Solvang PacLab employees are stellar! Efficient & friendly, juat plain nice. Always a good experience! Their facility needs a makeover though! The building is old and it gives off the impression that it isn't very clean. Stained ceiling tiles, old bathroom, old paint & curtains look multiple decades old. Will not sit on the cloth chairs in the waiting room😬 But the staff are to be commended for their professionalism!
Super chill, professional, fast & friendly
My wait was short, the employees are friendly and professional. The lab technician was able to draw my blood the first time and she answered all my questions. The lab is convenient and a short distance from my home. I was emailed my results the next day. Great lab experience with no anxiety.
Staff is always very nice and knowledgeable very caring staff can't say enough nice things about this business
