I decided to purchase for the second time with Pacific Development because the first time I had a great experience. Unfortunately the second time around has been terrible. The home was has so many issues, from the cabinets to the the stucco outside. They even installed my AC incorrectly to where I can not access my heater. I have let them know many times and they keep saying they will fix it and nothing happens. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
