The staff was professional and knowledgeable and friendly
Sucks on their appointment system! Other location reception can pickup because they said other branches are busy, so it's not necessary you're talking to the right branch personnel! After providing the authorization letter to the operator schedule an appointment, the authorization letter don't stay in their system to share/notify/email to the branch for that appoint.
