I had to find a new dermatologist since I moved and the provider I saw at Pacific was disappointing. She did not explain anything, just told me to come back in 6 months. Also had some things removed from my face and she didn’t even remove what I pointed out. Additionally, told me about possible scarring after she already gave me the numbing agent. This should probably be done prior to the procedure.

I wish I can give something lower than 1 star. My family member was seen by a very rude PA or NP (can’t remember). She spend barely 2 minutes with her patient on top of being rude. She was in extreme rush, the meds she gave didn’t work at all even after using them religiously. If this clinic don’t have time or they don’t know how to treat something then should tell the patients upfront, coz we wasted so much of our time using the meds that were given by that NP. If we knew, we would have gone to the appropriate provider

Had a horrible experience, i took off work early because my appointment was @ 2:30pm, i got there around 2:16pm and was checked in by 2:18pm, there were people that were coming in within 2 minutes of them being checked in they were called right in as i sat there and waited. I then got frustrated and just told them to cancel my appointment i ended up leaving at about 2:57pm close to 3pm. I felt racially profiled.
