I went to Dr. Reichel for a minor skin issue. I have had skin cancer in the past....my regular Dr. retired so I was looking to find a dermatologist close to home for my skin concerns. Yes, she seemed very aloof, not that friendly and I have never gone back. My impression of her and the office in general is that they are more interested in cosmetic dermatology..the focus seems to be there more that actual skin problems and concerns. I guess that is where the money is!
