The medical treatment was fine. I am very happy with it. However, their billing dept. is or appears to be in turmoil. Twice I have advised them to bill my secondary and as of today, they have not done so. They are sending me past due notices for what my secondary would have paid. I have tried several times to call and can never speak directly with anyone in the billing dept. Always the same excuse they are busy and will return your call. I feel so blessed to have had an appointment today with the Pacific team. I was treated so well and I was so relieved to be given the attention by such competent professionals. I drove over 3 hours in order to get a reliable examination from the very credentialed and exemplary Dr. Lamel. I have more treatments to follow, but my nerves are at rest after my experience today.
UN-PROFESSIONAL AND UN-RESPONSIBLE MEDICAL ORGANIZATION! On Jan 15, My wife went to Pacific Dermatology & Cosmetic Center, in Renton, to remove the mole on my right breast. The day, after testing the biopsy, they called her and said that she has on going skin cancer. I had a great experience with Pacific Dermatology! I was seen by Dr. Reichel and her nurse who were both professional and had great bedside manner. Made me feel so comfortable with my first time getting my procedures done. I will definitely be returning and have already recommended them to friends!
