Stay away from this place! They overcharge their customer. They ask me to pay up front saying that the insurance will not cover it. But they charge the insurance after I paid my dues. They charged the insurance more than what I signed prior to performing the work. So, my insurance paid for it and I paid for it as well. Double charge people! They didn t give my money back. I keep asking for it but they always say next week. I ve been waiting for 4 months now! They re swindler! Someone has to step up to stop this practice.
Overcharges given a chance. Stay far away from this practice. He should get a job doing veterinary dentistry. That way his patients cant complain.
This is in addition to Robbie, I also realized I was being overcharged, very friendly staff, nice place but overcharges, they said they ran the insurance and gave me my portion of the payment, but it was the price as if they didnt run the insurance, WAY expensive. Now going to a different dentist.
Are u sure u saw Dr Schaeffer, Laughing Fox? He has the personality of a ROCK and I agree with 805CHIC that he does not seem to like his work at all. I just recently realized he has been overcharging me. My insurance says I should pay a certain amount, but I have come to learn he was charging me much more. Therfore, I am changing Drs.
Dr. Schaeffer is professional, accommodating, and personable. His work is superb. His office is nice. His staff is good. He has newer equipment, in-house lab, and electronic patient files (including x-rays).
HE IS TO SERIOUS AND LOOKS LIKE HE HATES HIS JOB..HORRIBLE DR GREAT STAFF,
