Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless!

Went to check out his office after few recommendations from church members. They got me in pretty quick, office decor is nothing fancy but it was clean. Needed root canal and a crown. Shop around for a bit since I no longer have dental insurance. They had the best price, much better than bright now dental down the street. Procedure went pretty well and no longer in pain now. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified

I'm currently reporting to BBS, local TV consumer advocates and the state's dental board about their shady business practice. They made errors (which they admitted making a year later after receiving the service) and fabricate claims to give us a lower quote. So we agreed to get service there. They used fake info of prior services to make a claim to the insurance company to give us a lower quote.
