I appreciate how fast they get to work on me, but one of the things that was missing this visit was the dental assistant who explained what’s going on before it happens. I was surprised that I was going to be numbed and also that I was going to do three impressions. I found out about each one of these things after they told me to open my mouth and started working on me. Just give a heads up, that’s all you need to do.
Friendly and cater to patients needs. Highly recommend.
