They wouldn’t price match their own mongoose authorized retailer for 42$, instead they recommended I do a return and buy that one. I have a better idea, I wont buy either and buy from your direct competitors. Many companies will price match, especially when it’s their own mongoose authorized store. They also missed math class in high school because the shipping label they sent me for the return is obviously twice or more the price of the price difference I asked for. Got ripped off! I bought a schwinn tone1 scooter about a year and a half ago. It came in an opened box but it wasn’t the problem. The battery stopped working and they cannot replace it or tell me where to replace it. Payed over $700 for a year or so worth of a scooter that is now trash. Not dealing with these folks anymore. The customer service lady was very nice, telling me “sorry I can’t help but would you like to take a survey?”
I had a product failure with one of the Schwinn products I purchased and Pacific Cycle was one of the most responsive companies I've ever seen. Absolutely A +++ Service - Thanks!
