If you want your car to be in the shop for ages, have them not give you back parts that should be on your car, not finish the work properly. So, I will now have to take my car to another shop, after it sat at PCP for almost 2 YEARS. They put the wrong bumper on my car, and sawz-all'd the bumper to fit, rather than install the right one. I also have to get some custom work re-done, since they threw it away, rather than re-installing it.
