This is the second time I've used Pacific Crest Plumbing to do work on my home built in the 1950's. My pipes started flooding my basement and with a 4 month old in the house I needed to get the job done quickly and done well. I was worried about having to wait a long time due to Covid 19, but as always, Nick was able to provide high quality work, at a great price and get here quickly (within 2 business days). Put in a new gas water heater. Very detailed oriented. Great workmanship. Would recommend to anybody looking for a Plummer.

I cannot say enough good things about Nick, his wife Anna, and their crew. We had a pipe break during an ice storm, and I could not find any plumbers to come out to fix our main line because I think many others were in the same boat. We had no water at home, so Nick shuffled clients around to get out the same day to look at our pipe, and it was fixed the next day. If you are looking for a responsive company to handle a plumbing need call them. We had a minor plumbing need that I didn't have time for and they came out to take care of it. The plumber Nick was very friendly, curteous and cleaned up upon completion of the faucet installation. The price I was quoted over the phone was exactly what I was charged. Very pleased!

I totally gutted my little N Portland home and Nick and his crew did awesome work re piping the entire Kitchen and Bath. His pricing was great, his appearance and professionalism were excellent, and his attention to detail work was refreshing. On top of this he had good communication skills about the scope of the project, so I knew exactly what was involved and when he would be there. I highly recommend using Nick and his crew.‎

They ROCK! We live in Boston and have a rental in Portland. Our tenant emailed us on a Sunday night that they were unable to do laundry because the drain on the laundry sink was leaking. I called these guys on a Sunday night and they answered. They made time on Monday morning to go to my rental and fix the drain. My tenant was very pleased and suprised that I was able to get someone over so quicky. I told our tenant if they ever have another plumbing problem just call Nick, we approve of him.

Professional, Clean and Good sense of humor. No Cons all Pros. I used Pacific Crest for a water heater replacement, he was very personable and easy to communicate with. Would use again and definately recommend.
