Dr. Mark has always been a pleasure and very good at what she does. Unfortunately, have had several issues. It takes me months to get in. Everything i call seems like the phones dont get answered and then the last tike I went here the gal at the front desk was extremely rude. Haven't been back since looking for new provider!
If you want staff that care about you, do not go here. They do not care about you, and do not show an ounce of compassion.
I called PFC medical last Tue to have a Metformin script filled because Safeway showed the script had expired. Office indicated they would let the team know and would get on it right away. I called back on Thursday to confirm if script authorization was faxed in to Safeway. It hadn't, I ran out of tabs on Wed. Safeway gave me enough until Sat. And then they gave me another extension until Tue this week. I called Safeway today Monday to see if any word from PFC, they said no. I called PFC and they indicated the authorization ... read more
I am not sure why others had issues with staff answering phones. Always am able to talk to front desk on phone and set and appointment. If it is urgent (not life threatening) due to being sick or an ear infection; they are always able to squeeze me in. My Doc is Tiffany Mark.....only issue I ever had in the past is my doctor leaving....but am happy and satisfied with the level of care I receive.
