From the time I called to make an appointment I was treated great. Shawn Fays nurse was absolutely kind and professional. Shawn Fay was great at explaining and listening to me. My husband and I are more than pleased with the staff at Pacific Crest. Our cousin is unhappy with her doctor so we referred her to Pacific Crest.
