I just spoke to Steve Kaali from Pacific Crest Consultants. I found his number on the application to demolish the building I live in. I asked if I could ask him questions regarding the permit. He said he knew nothing and he didn't have time. He started talking to someone else then quickly and gruffly hung up on me. I haven't encountered such an unprofessional business man as Mr. Kaali in quite some time. Is this how Pacific Crest conducts business?
