The property is ok but their maintenance team is terrible. My brother and and I have been requesting them to change the seal/gasket for the refrigerator for almost 4 months now and they did nothing. Just promising that the maintenance is coming. It’s extremely hot these past days and we’ve lost many food because of this problem. Think very well before live in this condominium. You’ll spend a lot of money having to do the maintenance yourself and it’s the job you are already paying in the monthly rent.
