False urgency and a hidden broker relationship led to a 14-week delay so far… and I’m still waiting. I recently purchased a custom made bathroom vanity and medicine cabinet from Pacific Cabinetry - a five star experience from start to finish. I discovered them at the BIA Home Show - Mena was my main POC throughout the process - she was always available and assisted in the design and ordering processes. Custom Door Installation: We had a friend tell us about Pacific Craftworks to replace our front door, and we contacted Mena. She helped us select the type of wood and threshold and kept us informed of the progress. She told us to expect a wait time of 5-6 months due to the pandemic, and that is exactly what it took. Demo and installation took two days by Giao and his crew, and it was simply amazing to watch them work. I was looking for a company that could help me remodel my kitchen and my friend recommended me to Mena at Pacific Craftworks. Mena was very helpful and she made things much more easier for me. They were very knowledgable in designing for my needs and picking the right choices with my budget in mind. I found their solid wood cabinets the best in the island and their price is really reasonable. Highly recommend Mena and her team! Thank you, Pacific Craftworks. 5 stars for all good works

This company doesn't care about customers deadlines! They have taken their sweet time to get my countertops done. I have no running water in my house and yet I'm not a priority to them. I'm going on 3 weeks having to use a garden hose outside my house to brush my teeth! On top of that it took 2 weeks to get measurements from this company! Very unprofessional business and highly don't recommend!
