I lived within the 2 buildings for over 5 years. It was the worst place to live. The first 2 years were ok other than roommates. Management was horrible when it came to getting repairs done. The maintenance guy always took his time not showing up for days after a leak in my storageroom ceiling. I lost my suite due to a fire. Now it's way over priced. I used to pay $781/ month over 4 years ago for a 1br. Now it's $1,600. When the fire happened 2 of 3 fire extinguishers didn't work on the 3rd floor that I lived on. Management ... read more
This is not a good place to live. Do not be fooled by any other reviews. I lived here for three years. For year and a half I had a sliding glass door that was broken.For the first 8 months the homeless partied right underneath my balcony going through the garbage. High on meth. The residents are also dealers who encourage the addict's to walking into the building by leaving the side fire door open by leaving rocks to prop it open. I would just like to start with how AMAZING the manager Susan is. I have never had such a sweet, loving and compassionate landlord in my life The complex is always full of the sound of children laughing and everyone of the tenants that I have had the pleasure of meeting are more like family than just"neighbors". We are surrounded by lush greenery in the middle of a city. Absolutely beautiful. They are not only kind to the people but the amenities provided ( for free) for pets is beyond incredible.
