It's not so much the homeless , Its the junkie drug addicts who are comming in here non stop at night threatening the tenants in front of there kids when outside ,Stealing stuff off your decks,Getting into the underground breaking into vehicles ... This is an easy problem to solve night time security, It would cost approximately 2 apartments worth the rent a month ,People need to feel safe where they live and not have to worry about getting robbed or beat up ,Its to the point now people are dealing with these drug addicts on... read more
Not a good place to live. This weekend alone, 8 cop cars, 1 ambulance. One guy beating up another. The homeless people are constantly trying to break in to the building, to the underground. There are homeless sleeping on the sidewalk. Harassing my neighbor which lead to my husband going out with a bat! Our manager's hands are tied when it comes to this activity. We need security! Someone to help us feel safe in our own homes. There are children and seniors who live here. I want to move but my hands are tied due to the price ... read more
People smoke at front of the main entrance.
The walls are so thin, you can hear your neighbors, still have homeless around and druggies, and it hasn't gotten better.
I lived within the 2 buildings for over 5 years. It was the worst place to live. The first 2 years were ok other than roommates. Management was horrible when it came to getting repairs done. The maintenance guy always took his time not showing up for days after a leak in my storageroom ceiling. I lost my suite due to a fire. Now it's way over priced. I used to pay $781/ month over 4 years ago for a 1br. Now it's $1,600. When the fire happened 2 of 3 fire extinguishers didn't work on the 3rd floor that I lived on. Management ... read more
