These folks didn't even bother responding to my quote request via email, sent 5 days ago. --- Update: Ironically, I forwarded the original email to the email address in the thoughtful reply below, but received an automated reply that the sales agent is out of the office between the 6th and the 13th (my original email was dated the 2nd).
