I called this company for a quote for new air conditioning but had a negative experience with them. Initially the two gentlemen came out to my house on a Friday and took a look at my existing ducting and furnace (one of them being the owner, I believe). They asked if my husband was available to talk as well as “he should hear what they have to say”. I said the air conditioning was my project and that he wasn’t available. Jeff was very friendly and professional. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in a short amount of time (where as other large companies in town charged a lot more money and didn't fix the real problem). Highly recommended.
Technician came out same day and fixed the issue right away. He explained the problem and ensured everything worked perfectly before leaving premises including the AC unit itself and thermostat. Now we are relaxing in the cold air! Thanks guys!
